Prepare and monitor production plans as per customer requirements.

Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Logistics for material availability.

Ensure timely execution of production schedules and delivery targets.

Monitor inventory, production performance, and OEE.

Analyze plan vs. actual production and implement corrective actions.

Optimize manpower and production resources.

Maintain QMS/EMS documentation and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and shop-floor discipline.
