Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems for industrial machinery and manufacturing processes. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Configure and program HMI and SCADA systems.
- Commission and test automation systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related issues.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, control panel layouts, and P&ID diagrams.
- Integrate PLCs with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
- Prepare technical documentation, program backups, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical support during installation and after-sales service when required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Omron).
- Experience with HMI and SCADA development.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or CAN.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation and electrical systems.
- Good understanding of electrical control panels and industrial instrumentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for project commissioning if required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant industrial automation experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in machine automation, process automation, or special-purpose machines.
- Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, robotics, or motion control is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
