Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Accounts/Finance department of an NSE/BSE stock broking firm or securities market intermediary and should be familiar with exchange-related accounting, settlements, reconciliations and audit requirements.
The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple internal departments and maintaining accounting records in an audit-ready manner.
Candidates without prior stock broking accounting experience may not be considered.
Compensation
Up to ₹22,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, current compensation and suitability for the role.
I have deliberately included “exchange audit-ready reporting” as a core responsibility rather than a secondary point, because in a stock broking accounts role this materially differentiates the profile from a normal Accounts Executive.
