Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and close coordination with project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment quantities
- Monitor and control project costs during project execution
- Prepare interim and final bills, payment certificates, and detailed cost reports
- Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor bills
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project progress
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software

Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
