About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Meet potential customers to present and explain the company's products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
