Educational Qualifications: BE Chemical/BSC/MSC Chemistry
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in any Chemical manufacturing
- Managing production cycle by coordinating with the production team
- Maintenance of the equipment and machineries
- Supervision of the production activity in the plant
- Batch sampling, submission of sample to the lab and quality control department
- Coordination with the dispatch team
- Working in shifts and taking care of manpower.
- Optimum utilization of manpower, machines & materials.
- To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution & five S activities.
- Record maintain on batch cards, shift report on daily basis.
- Timely Issuance of RM material as per batch card and do batch planning.
- Ensure compliance of permit to work system in the plant.
- Resolving breakdown issue on time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
