We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's financial operations, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be capable of supporting management in making sound financial decisions while ensuring complete statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory filings.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor working capital and optimize cash flow management.
- Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee payroll accounting and financial reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting for manufacturing operations.
- Identify financial risks and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist management in strategic financial planning, investments, and business expansion.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and government authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (Freshly qualified CAs with strong internship exposure may also apply).
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceutical industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliances, and Companies Act.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
