Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials, food items, beverages, consumables, and supplies.
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock registers in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Verify inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in monthly inventory audits.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for all food and consumable items.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store area.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Control wastage, pilferage, and material discrepancies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma/degree in Store Management or Supply Chain preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or hospitality operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,626.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
