We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners to expand our market presence across India.

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentive
- New Dealer Registration: ₹300–₹1,000
- Distributor Conversion: ₹1,000–₹5,000

Job ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Generation
- Call potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Introduce company products and business opportunities.
- Generate new business leads and appointments.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
Dealer & Distributor Development
- Build relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Explain dealership and distributorship programs.
- Maintain regular communication with channel partners.
- Support onboarding of new business partners.
Enquiry Management
- Handle incoming phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media enquiries.
- Provide product information and basic support.
- Record and track all enquiries in the system.
Business Coordination
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Maintain customer and partner databases.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication.
- Confidence in speaking over phone.
- Ability to convince and build relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling experience.
- Sales or customer support experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- WhatsApp Business handling.
- Lead generation experience.
