Diamond City is a six-tower residential and commercial development on the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Highway, RERA MP/07/2024/01161, with towers running concurrently from finishing stage through fresh basement work.
You will own the numbers. That means taking off quantities from drawings for every trade, preparing and floating BOQs, comparing contractor and vendor quotations and building the comparative statements the promoter signs off, certifying contractor running-account bills against actual work done at site, tracking material consumption against theoretical consumption and flagging the variance before it becomes a loss, maintaining the budget-versus-actual position tower by tower, and preparing variation and extra-item statements. You report to the Project Manager and work closely with procurement.
Required: B.E. or Diploma in Civil with four years minimum in estimation and billing on building projects, strong quantity take-off from structural and architectural drawings, working command of Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD for measurement. Experience with RA bill certification for RCC, blockwork, plaster, tiling and finishing trades is essential.
Compensation: ₹5–7 LPA. Cuttack site-office based.
