Sales Executive for Optical Showroom
Help customers choose frames and lenses, accurately complete all necessary paperwork, accurately measure them, and order their glasses yourself by providing prompt, courteous service. Obtain predetermined sales and customer service targets. As necessary, carry out repairs, adjustments, and deliveries of eyewear; check the accuracy of finished eyewear. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a considerate and professional manner. When accepting checks and credit cards, follow the correct procedures; perform the role of a cashier by handling money accurately for clients and colleagues. Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers (front desk staff, dispensing opticians, optometrists, assistants, lab staff, managers), clients, and suppliers. other tasks as necessary.
