Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing curriculum frameworks and develop new or adapt existing curriculum materials to suit the needs of Bharti Foundation schools.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods, life skills development, and focus on holistic education.
- Ensure alignment with national education standards and specific learning objectives.
Create detailed lesson plans and instructional materials for teachers across different subjects.

Teacher Training and Support:
- Conduct regular training workshops for teachers on new curriculum implementation, pedagogical approaches, and effective classroom management.
- Provide ongoing support to teachers to address challenges and ensure quality delivery of the curriculum.
Monitor teacher performance and provide feedback to improve teaching practices.

Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze assessment data to inform curriculum adjustments and program modifications.

Curriculum Review and Update:
- Regularly review and update curriculum based on feedback from teachers, students, and stakeholders.
Incorporate new research and best practices in education into the curriculum.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with school leadership, academic coordinators, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth curriculum implementation.
- Coordinate with external partners and experts to enhance curriculum development.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualification:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field with around 6+ Years.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation, preferably in the context of underprivileged communities.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train teachers and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and assessment techniques
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
