Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervising restaurant and service staff
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent table service
- Maintaining food quality and hygiene standards
- Preparing Chinese, Indian or other assigned cuisine
- Handling guest queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinating between kitchen and service teams
- Maintaining cleanliness and workplace standards
- Handling billing/cashier responsibilities where applicable
- Following company policies, food-safety procedures and operational standards
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a team
- Hospitality or restaurant experience will be an advantage
- Relevant qualification/certification preferred for Chef and Manager positions
- Freshers may apply for suitable entry-level positions
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays when required
