As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the organization by maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EIS Suite Technical.
- Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EIS Suite Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
