Job Title: Banking Sales Executive
Location: Remote
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to promote SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) products to individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential individual and corporate clients.
- Explain SIP investment plans and their benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads for investment opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for financial advisors.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Basic knowledge of SIPs, Mutual Funds, or financial products is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
