Job Summary
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for managing product stock, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring products are available as per customer demand. The role includes monitoring sales, maintaining inventory, and supporting smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor product sales and customer demand
- Ensure proper display and availability of products
- Prepare sales and stock reports
- Support promotional activities and offers
- Maintain product quality and pricing standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising/retail operations
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle vendor and stock management independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
