Golden Kitchen is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Modular Kitchen Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetically appealing kitchen designs, and coordinating projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
* Design customized modular kitchens with efficient space planning.
* Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D designs for client presentations.
* Create realistic 3D models using SketchUp or similar design software.
* Take accurate site measurements and conduct site visits when required.
* Suggest suitable materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
* Prepare quotations, BOQs, and design presentations.
* Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
* Make design revisions based on client feedback.
* Ensure high-quality designs while maintaining project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* 1–5 years of experience in modular kitchen or interior designing (Freshers with excellent software knowledge may also apply).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory).
* Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D visualization.
* Knowledge of modular kitchen layouts, materials, fittings, and hardware.
* Good understanding of space planning and interior design principles.
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
* Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is an added advantage.Golden Kitchen
