Job Title: Site Enginee(Civil)
Location: Chennai, Avadi, Poes Garden & OMR
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Position, Experience & Skills)
Job Type: Full-time
Timing: 9.30am to 6pm
Experience: 1–5 Years (Minimum 2 Years Preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Relevant Field
Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Site Engineers and Site Supervisors to oversee construction and interior project activities across various locations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality control, workforce management, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and project execution.
- Monitor construction and interior fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and project teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support when required.
- Maintain project documentation and site records.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering or related discipline.1–5 years of experience in site engineering, site supervision, construction, or interior projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project plans.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations within Chennai.
