- Sales & Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly targets for loan sanctions and disbursements, focusing on AUM (Assets Under Management).
- Processing & Compliance: Coordinate with branches/HO for smooth processing, ensure timely service, and adhere to company policies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: 12 pass
- Experience: 1-6 years in sales, preferably in Home Loans, NBFCs, or Banking.
