We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media marketing, Meta advertising, Google Ads, content strategy, team management, and client communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Create monthly marketing calendars and campaign plans.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry updates.
Social Media Management
- Oversee content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
- Review and approve content calendars before publishing.
- Track engagement, reach, and audience growth metrics.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise designers, content creators, video editors, and marketing executives.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on new digital marketing trends and tools.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct monthly review meetings and present performance reports.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign KPIs such as leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement rates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
