We are looking for an energetic, well-connected, and result-driven Sourcing Manager for our Pune project. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, an active broker network and the ability to generate quality sourcing through relationship-building and aggressive market activation.
The candidate must be smart, disciplined, professionally presentable, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively for business development and CP engagement activities.
Key responsibilities-
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
2. Activate new CPs across Pune and nearby micro-markets.
3. Conduct regular market visits, broker meets and sourcing activities to generate leads and site visits.
4. Maintain strong follow-ups with channel partners.
5. Represent The House of JETS in all external meetings and networking events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
