Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.
- Develop triggers, batch classes, schedulers, and asynchronous processes.
- Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and flows.
- Implement complex business logic and automation using Salesforce best practices.
Integrations
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth and JWT.
Data Management
- Perform data migration and data quality initiatives using Data Loader and ETL tools.
- Design and optimize data models and sharing/security models.
Deployment & Release Management
- Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Support production deployments and issue resolution.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Data modeling and database design concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce App Builder
- Salesforce Integration Architect (Good to Have)
Nice to Have
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Knowledge of OmniStudio/Vlocity.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working with Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
- Understanding of Lightning Design System (SLDS).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
