Position: Special Teacher – Social Studies & English
Location: Four KKP Centres, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Summary
The Special Teacher will travel across four KKP centres to teach Social Studies and English to students of Std. 5th–9th, strengthening their academic skills through engaging, activity-based and student-friendly teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
· Teach Social Studies and English (Std. 5th–9th) across four KKP centres.
· Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and conduct regular assessments.
· Identify learning gaps and provide remedial academic support.
· Strengthen students’ English reading, writing, grammar and communication skills.
· Make Social Studies engaging through discussions, activities and real-life examples.
· Track student progress and maintain basic academic records.
· Coordinate with Centre Heads and KKP teachers to ensure consistent academic support.
Qualification
· B.Ed. in English / Social Studies or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
· Strong English communication and classroom management skills.
· Child-friendly and empathetic approach.
· Willingness to travel between four KKP centres.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
