- Capture complete enquiry details(requirement, budget, timeline, location).
- Validate and structure all leadsin CRM with proper statustagging.
- Track high-value and project enquiries separately.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and prioritize critical leads.
- Support branches on pending visits, quotations, and closures.
- Monitor conversion %, monthly revenue, and branch performance.
- Maintain accurate, updated CRM data (remove duplicates, correct errors).
- Share updates: missing details, escalations, priority leads, new enquiries, and postvisit feedback
