Interior Project Manager – Duties & Responsibilities 1. Project Planning Plan interior design projects from concept to completion. Prepare project schedules, timelines, and work plans. Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to finalize design concepts. 2. Team Coordination Manage and guide interior designers, site supervisors, and contractors. Ensure proper communication between office team and site team. Assign tasks and monitor team performance. 3. Site Supervision Visit project sites to ensure design execution matches drawings and specifications. Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and installation. Resolve any site-related technical issues. 4. Budget & Cost Control Review BOQ, estimates, and project budgets. Monitor material usage and project expenses. Ensure the project stays within budget. 5. Client Coordination Conduct meetings with clients to discuss design progress and approvals. Handle client feedback and changes. Maintain good client relationships. 6. Vendor & Contractor Management Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors. Ensure materials and resources are delivered on time. 7. Quality & Documentation Ensure all drawings and designs are reviewed before submission. Maintain proper project documentation and reports. 8. Project Completion Ensure projects are completed on time and according to design standards. Conduct final inspections and handover to the client.
