About the Role
RACE of Advance Computing Education Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate and knowledgeable DSA Trainers to mentor students, graduates, and working professionals in Data Structures and Algorithms. We welcome both freshers with strong DSA knowledge and experienced trainers who can deliver engaging and industry-oriented training sessions.
Open Positions1. DSA Trainer (Freshers)
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Sc. CS, M.Sc. IT, or related qualifications.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of C++, Java, or Python.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Candidates with competitive programming exposure will be preferred.
2. Senior DSA Trainer (Experienced)
- 1–5+ years of training or industry experience.
- Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem Solving.
- Experience teaching coding interview preparation.
- Ability to conduct online and classroom sessions.
- Experience with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, or Codeforces.
- Capability to design training modules and assessments.

Salary Range
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experienced Trainers: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000+ per month (Based on Skills & Experience)
