Position: Project Architect
Location: Office + Site Coordination

Job Summary
A Project Architect is responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion. The role includes design development, consultant coordination, working drawings, client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of projects while maintaining design quality, timelines, and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development
- Develop architectural concepts into detailed design solutions.
- Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs align with project vision, functionality, and site context.
- Work on material palettes, façade development, and spatial planning.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, and interior consultants.
- Conduct consultant meetings and integrate all services into the design.
- Coordinate with site architects and execution teams during construction.
Working Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Review GFC drawings and ensure technical accuracy.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material documentation where required.
- Ensure drawings are updated and issued as per project timelines.
Client Interaction
- Participate in client presentations and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Provide regular project updates and address design concerns.
Site Coordination
- Visit sites periodically to review execution quality and progress.
- Resolve design and technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent.
Project Management Support
- Assist in project scheduling and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate timelines between consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between office and site teams.
Required Skills
- Strong architectural design and detailing abilities.
- Good understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and guide junior architects/draftsmen.
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop / InDesign
- Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3–7 years of professional experience preferred
- Experience in residential, hospitality, luxury villa, or resort projects is an advantage

- Passion for architecture, detailing, and execution.
- Ability to independently handle projects from design to completion.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
