Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates who are interested in building a career in Information Technology. Selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure and practical training across key IT areas, including System Support, Networking, Microsoft SharePoint, and Cybersecurity.
The program will begin with an initial 3-month training and assessment period. Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the required performance standards will be offered a 12-month paid internship, with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who want to develop practical IT skills and gain real-world industry experience.
Key Areas of Training & InternshipSystem Support
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops.
- Support users with hardware, software, printer, and basic operating system issues.
- Assist with Windows installation, updates, antivirus, and system maintenance.
- Help maintain IT asset and support documentation.
- Provide basic end-user technical support.
Networking
- Learn and assist with LAN/WAN networking activities.
- Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Assist with IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Learn basic network monitoring and documentation.
- Assist the IT team in resolving network-related issues.
Microsoft SharePoint
- Learn SharePoint administration and site management.
- Assist in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Support document management and collaboration activities.
- Assist with user access and permission-related requests.
- Gain exposure to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Cybersecurity
- Learn fundamental cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
- Assist with security monitoring and basic incident identification.
- Support antivirus, endpoint security, access control, and security-related activities.
- Learn about phishing, malware, vulnerabilities, password security, and data protection.
- Assist with security documentation and awareness activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Electronics, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computers, Windows operating systems, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
- Interest in System Administration, Networking, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, or Cybersecurity.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates with certifications or training such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA, Cybersecurity, or Networking will have an added advantage, but certifications are not mandatory.
Internship Program Structure
Phase 1 – Training & Assessment:
Initial 3-month structured training period covering System Support, Networking, SharePoint, Cybersecurity, IT processes, and practical assignments.
Phase 2 – Paid Internship:
Candidates who successfully complete the training and assessment will be selected for a 12-month paid internship.
Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000, based on performance, skills, and responsibilities.
