Role Overview
A Security Operations Manager is responsible for overall planning, execution, and management of security operations across multiple sites. This role ensures smooth functioning, proper manpower deployment, client satisfaction, and compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee security operations across multiple sites
- Plan and implement security policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of security manpower
- Monitor daily operations and resolve site-level issues
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Handle major incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations
- Maintain strong coordination with clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company regulations
- Prepare reports Monthly for management
Manpower & Operations Management
- Plan manpower requirements as per site needs
- Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Arrange manpower in case of shortage, absenteeism, or new requirements
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding
- Manage duty rosters, shift planning, and staff allocation
- Control attrition and maintain workforce discipline
