Job Description: AI Integration Executive (Operations & Automation)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented AI Integration Executive to drive automation and efficiency across business functions. The role involves identifying manual processes, implementing AI-driven solutions, and integrating systems to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing workflows across departments (Sales, MIS, Operations) to identify automation opportunities
- Implement AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other automation platforms) to streamline business processes
- Automate routine tasks including:
- MIS and sales reports
- Email communication and business correspondence
- Data processing, cleaning, and analysis
- Integrate tools and platforms (Excel, CRM, communication tools, etc.) for seamless data flow
- Collaborate with MIS and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Support management with AI-driven insights and process improvements
- Train and guide internal teams on effective usage of AI tools and automation systems
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Understanding of business processes and operational workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think logically and implement practical solutions
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in MIS, Business Analysis, Operations, or similar roles
- Experience in automation, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
- Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations (added advantage)
Experience Required:
1–4 years (candidates with strong practical exposure to automation/AI tools preferred)
