Job Responsibilities:
Position: Relationship Manager We are a Fintech NBFC focused on financial wellbeing, committed to enabling better access to credit through our network of trusted lending partners. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our team and play a key role in driving borrower growth and disbursements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and Channel Partners to achieve monthly borrower acquisition and disbursement targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new partners to expand sourcing channels and increase overall business volumes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and onboarded lending partners to ensure seamless case processing and timely disbursements.
- Track partner performance and implement strategies to optimize productivity, conversion, and portfolio quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in borrower-side sales, with exposure to products such as unsecured personal loans, secured loans, credit cards, home loans (HL), loan against property (LAP), and business loans.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving business targets through partner-led channels.
