We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated PGT Biology teacher to join our school.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have strong subject knowledge in Biology and a thorough understanding of the NCERT curriculum and textbooks, particularly for Classes XI and XII.
- Possess excellent fluency in spoken and written English and be able to communicate concepts clearly and effectively.
- Have the ability to simplify complex biological concepts and make classroom learning engaging, interactive, and student-centred.
- Be capable of preparing students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations, NEET, and other competitive examinations.
- Demonstrate strong skills in lesson planning, assessment, doubt clarification, and academic mentoring.
- Be able to identify the individual learning needs of students and provide personalised academic support and guidance.
- Possess the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide students towards academic excellence and better career choices.
- Be willing to take responsibility for the overall academic progress and performance of students.
- Have good classroom management skills and maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment.
- Be familiar with CBSE examination patterns, competency-based questions, case-based questions, and higher-order thinking skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, teamwork, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preference: Candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications, B.Ed., and proven experience in teaching CBSE Classes XI & XII Biology will be preferred.
Position: Full-Time PGT – Biology
Qualification: M.Sc. Biology / Botany / Zoology or equivalent with B.Ed.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in CBSE senior secondary Biology.
