Position: Store & Purchase Executive
Job Summary
VOW is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory control, vendor coordination, and procurement activities for our healthcare and F&B operations. The candidate will ensure timely availability of materials, proper stock maintenance, and efficient purchase processes while maintaining quality and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for food items, consumables, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, and operational stock.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO practices, and hygiene standards.
- Handle inward and outward material entries systematically.
- Coordinate with kitchen, café, and operations teams for daily material requirements.
Purchase & Procurement
- Raise purchase orders as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Source quality vendors for food products, bakery items, packaging, housekeeping materials, and equipment.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor databases.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and purchase reports.
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts for bill verification and stock reconciliation.
- Support audits and management reporting requirements.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Basic understanding of food & beverage or hospital operations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/software systems.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in store, inventory, or purchase operations.
- Experience in hospital, café, cloud kitchen, hospitality, or F&B industry preferred.
Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
