Parivartan Training & Development Institute (PTDI) is looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for our BIM Services.
We are looking for a professional with strong B2B sales experience in any of the following sectors:
BIM / Building Information Modelling
AEC / Architecture, Engineering & Construction
Construction & Infrastructure
Engineering Consultancy
Technical Services
Key Responsibilities
✅ Business Development & Lead Generation
✅ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
✅ B2B Sales & Revenue Growth
✅ Developing and managing corporate/client relationships
✅ Identifying new business opportunities across India
✅ Preparing proposals, quotations and negotiating with clients
✅ Pan-India travel – Mandatory
Ideal Candidate
5–6 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Existing industry contacts/network will be an advantage
Willingness to travel across India
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
