Role Overview
As a Sr. IT Recruiter, you will:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Work on multiple IT requirements across technologies
Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, and candidates
Handle sourcing to closure independently
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & job portals
Handle requirements from direct clients, vendors, and partners
Coordinate interviews, submissions, and closures
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
Maintain strong candidate pipeline
Update daily recruitment reports and ATS
Key Skills & Technologies
Strong experience in US IT sourcing and screening
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals
Good knowledge of technologies: Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, AI/ML
Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, L1, GC, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable working in US Night Shift
Candidates working only on C2C (Corp-to-Corp) will not be considered
