We are seeking a Service Engineer (Full-time, On-site) to join our dynamic technical support team. You will be responsible for the installation and setup of pollution monitoring instruments at customer site. This includes providing hands-on demonstrations to ensure customers are confident in monitoring the systems. The role involves routine and emergency servicing, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
The engineer will also be expected to handle data connectivity and configuration tasks, ensuring seamless integration of our equipment with the IoT infrastructure. A key part of the job is to document service activities and prepare detailed service reports for internal records and client reference. This role requires strong technical aptitude, particularly in electronics and instrumentation, along with a willingness to work in the field.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, possess good communication skills, and be an effective team player.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
