Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Mobilizer to identify, counsel, and mobilize eligible candidates for various skill development training programs. The candidate will play a key role in community outreach, awareness generation, candidate enrollment, and achieving mobilization targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in assigned areas, villages, schools, colleges, and communities to mobilize candidates for skill development programs.
- Organize awareness campaigns, community meetings, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.
- Identify eligible youth and guide them regarding available training programs and career opportunities.
- Maintain regular coordination with local authorities, community leaders, NGOs, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement of monthly mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Collect and verify candidate documents required for registration and enrollment.
- Update mobilization records, candidate databases, and daily activity reports.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and ensure their participation in training programs.
- Support placement and post-training activities whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mobilization, field marketing, community outreach, admissions counseling, or skill development projects.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and community engagement activities.
- Good counseling and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of government skill development schemes will be an added advantage.
