We are looking for a pleasant, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist who can create a welcoming experience for every patient while ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic's front office.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
- Handle billing, payment collection, receipts, and maintain basic financial records.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Guide patients regarding clinic services, consultation timings, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Work closely with doctors and other staff members to provide an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service representative is an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
