We are hiring *Customer Support Executives* for our *UK Voice Process*. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and experience in *Customer Service, International BPO, Voice Process, Call Centre, Inbound Calling, or Outbound Calling* are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
## Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, bookings, account-related queries, and service requests.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer information in CRM/software.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and call handling guidelines.
Escalate complex customer concerns when required.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
## Eligibility
0–3 years of experience in *Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, BPO, Call Centre, Telecalling, or International Process*.
Freshers with excellent spoken English can apply.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Comfortable working in the *UK Shift*.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
