- Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and access permissions.
- Handle Microsoft Office 365 administration and end-user support.
- Support hardware troubleshooting, replacement, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex desktop, application, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and support VPN, antivirus, email clients, and endpoint security solutions.
- Manage software deployment, patch management, and operating system upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty, and AMC support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting and basic network devices.
- Provide remote support to users across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
- Mentor junior desktop engineers and provide technical guidance when required.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
