Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to lead and manage security personnel, ensure safety procedures are followed, and maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate shifts.
- Monitor access control and visitor management.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Train and guide security staff on safety and emergency protocols.
- Coordinate with management during emergencies and security issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass
- 1-2 years of experience in security supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting.
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage teams effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
