Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Head to establish and grow our Corporate & Weddings business. This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing portfolio—it is for someone who enjoys building businesses, creating opportunities, closing deals, and taking ownership.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who requires little or no supervision, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and thrives on generating revenue. Educational qualifications are secondary to attitude, execution capability, and a proven ability to win business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Corporate & Weddings vertical as an independent business unit.
- Generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, luxury venues, hospitality groups, destination wedding planners, and event agencies.
- Pitch Total Productions' technical production capabilities, including sound, lighting, staging, LED walls, trussing, and event infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities where Total Productions can provide complete event execution in addition to technical production.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase market presence.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and client relationship management.
- Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies for the vertical.
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and mentor the team as the business expands.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within corporate events, weddings, hospitality, event management, luxury services, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate business and close high-value deals.
- Strong network within the corporate or wedding ecosystem will be a significant advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from the ground up.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with revenue targets and performance-based incentives.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making decisions independently.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
