Position: Sales Manager – B2B

Job Purpose
Vivasvanna is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth within our established Bitumen division. Unlike traditional roles, this position focuses on Key Account Management and High-Value Retention. The company provides all necessary leads and pre-onboarded company contacts; your goal is to convert these opportunities into sustained revenue through expert negotiation, analytical reporting, and superior relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of Traders, Manufacturers, and Infrastructure Companies.
- Oversee orders for large-scale projects under government bodies including NHAI, NHIDPL, PWD, and RDC.
- Boost revenue from existing onboarded clients by identifying upselling opportunities and maintaining a consistent order pipeline.
2. Data Analysis & Management Reporting
- CRM & ERP Management: Maintain 100% accurate records of the sales cycle, client interactions, and order status within the company’s digital systems.
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly performance reports to the Senior HOD, focusing on targets vs. achievements, collection status, and market trends.
- Analytical Insights: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and provide market feedback to the management team.
3. Negotiation & Relationship Management
- Lead high-stakes negotiations to close profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct frequent on-site visits to bridge the gap between the client and the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical clearances and commercial queries.
4. Operations & post-sales Service
- Coordinate with internal Logistics and Production departments to ensure timely dispatch against Purchase Orders (POs).
- Resolve client issues regarding product quality or logistical delays with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Take full ownership of the Payment Collection process to ensure healthy cash flow.
Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements)
- B2B Expertise: Minimum 4 years of solid experience in B2B sales. Experience working with MNCs is highly preferred.
- Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates from Bitumen, Road Construction Materials, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in CRM software and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and create professional reports for management review.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Exclusion: Candidates with only B2C or D2C experience will not be considered.
