Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Amphin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (video production, design, SEO, social media, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Manage sales pipelines and follow up with leads effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding or interest in digital marketing services.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience up to 2 years in sales or business development is a plus.
