About the role
The AI Enablement & Skills Lead manages and develops the OA AI Enablement & Skills team, ensuring the
team delivers structured, high-quality enablement resources and programs that drive AI adoption across
Omnicom Advertising’s networks and agencies. This is a systems-building role as much as a people
management role: the Lead is responsible for the coherence, completeness, and usability of the team’s
programs and resources across its six domains.

Manage, coach, and develop the two AI Enablement & Skills Specialists

Own the team’s roadmap: define priorities, set the production cadence, track delivery against the knowledge domains

Establish and maintain quality standards for all team outputs — knowledge resources, educational content, workflow documentation
Knowledge Architecture

Oversee the design and maintenance of OA’s AI enablement resource library: structured, findable, and kept current

Balance curation and original production: define what the team builds itself versus what it aggregates and repackages from network and agency contributors

Ensure coverage across all six knowledge domains, identifying gaps and commissioning content to fill them
Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of coordination with network and agency innovation leads and operators, managing the flow of knowledge content from the field into the team’s library

Liaise with L&D teams at the OA and OMC levels, translating knowledge assets into learning-ready formats and ensuring the team’s outputs are structured for effective instructional use

Manage the working relationship with the practitioner advisory functions, integrating feedback into program and content development
Reporting & Communication

Report on team progress, knowledge coverage, and adoption signals to the Global Lead of AI Transformation

Represent the Knowledge & Enablement function in OA AI transformation forums and planning sessions
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
This may be the right role for you if you have:

5–7 years in operations, program management, or knowledge management in a creative, marketing, or media agency environment

Demonstrated ability to build and manage knowledge systems or content libraries at scale

Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

Experience coordinating across distributed, cross-functional teams

Clear communicator; able to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, structured resources

Working familiarity with AI tools and platforms (notably enterprise environments); hands -on experience not required but genuine curiosity is preferred
