Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing function end-to-end. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive brand growth, demand generation, digital marketing, and team management while working closely with the Founder/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Lead performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and branding initiatives.
- Plan and optimize digital campaigns for business growth.
- Build and manage the company's organic growth through blogs and content marketing.
- Drive LinkedIn and social media strategy, including reels and content planning.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team.
- Represent the company and build strong external industry relationships.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing.
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
