About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business and build strong client relationships for our media, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and corporate video production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare proposals and presentations in coordination with the creative team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Build business through field visits, networking, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, client follow-ups, and business development reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in client interactions.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media for business development.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
Eligibility
- Any Degree; MBA/Marketing qualification preferred.
- 0.5 –3 years of experience in business development, sales, media, advertising, branding, digital marketing, or corporate services preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
