Job Responsibilities
1. Overall Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing zero-cost estimations and project budgets.
- Timely invoicing and certification of client bills.
- Timely preparation of subcontractor/sub-agency bills.
- Preparation of quantity surveying reports and bills of materials (BOM).
- Timely preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintaining proper documentation and communication records for all stakeholders.
2. Operational Responsibilities
- Prepare zero-cost estimations/budgets and obtain approval from senior management.
- Prepare running account (RA) bills, final bills, price adjustment (PA) bills, and variation bills for clients, including follow-up for certification and payment realization.
- Prepare subcontractor and supplier bills on time.
- Carry out quantity surveying for all project structures under execution.
- Assess and arrange required project resources at site in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly work plans and MIS reports as per management requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, site, and design teams to review project information against tender documents and evaluate cost/value variations from project budgets and plans.
- Assist the Project Manager in project cost and time monitoring activities.
- Prepare monthly material reconciliation reports with high accuracy.
- Prepare purchase order requests and work order requests on time.
- Maintain records of client communications, correspondence, and drawing registers.
- Coordinate with accounts departments, client QS teams, consultants, and project teams.
3. Team Responsibilities
- Assist the Reporting Manager in day-to-day activities such as planning, coordination, monitoring, correspondence, and administrative work.
- Coordinate closely with project heads and inter-departments for decisions related to project execution.
- Maintain positive team dynamics and support all team members.
- Assist in training and development of junior engineers, DETs, and GETs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of billing, quantity surveying, and project planning
- Understanding of BOQs, tender documentation, and project costing
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and material reconciliation
- Ability to prepare RA bills, final bills, and variation bills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in construction/project execution preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
