Role Summary :
The Agriculture Officer is responsible for supporting and improving agricultural operations, enhancing crop productivity. The role focuses on maximizing plant growth, maintaining crop health and ensuring efficient use of agricultural resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and supervise farming activities, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
- Provide technical advice on crop management, soil health, pest control, and plant nutrition.
- Conduct field visits to assess crop performance and identify growth-related issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yield and plant health.
- Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural inputs according to best practices.
- Train and support farmers and field staff on modern agricultural techniques.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agronomists, and agricultural stakeholders.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of crop production, soil science, irrigation, and pest management.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
