We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy Field Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, client coordination, and document logistics. You will serve as the crucial physical link between our office, clients, corporate lawyers, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) across Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Visits: Travel across the entire Bengaluru region to collect financial documents, invoices, physical agreements, and cheques from clients.
- Legal Logistics: Safely deliver and retrieve highly sensitive legal documents, contracts, and case files to/from our lawyers' offices.
- Financial Handling: Hand over bookkeeping records and tax folders to our CA; perform timely cash and cheque deposits at various bank branches.
- Verification: Verify that all collected documents have the required signatures, stamps, and attachments before leaving a site.
- Office Support: Assist with internal administrative tasks at the main office during field downtime.
Work Timing & Location
- Shift Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Work Location: Head office based in Bengaluru, with daily field travel spanning the entire Bengaluru region.
Salary & Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ₹24,000 to ₹30,000 (Based on experience and skills).
- Allowances: Separate Fuel & Travel Allowance provided.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation is a plus).
- Mandatory: Must own a reliable two-wheeler with a valid driving license and up-to-date vehicle documents.
- Navigation: Excellent knowledge of Bengaluru routes and expert usage of smartphone maps (Google Maps).
- Skills: Basic understanding of banking slips, professional behavior, and punctual time management.
- Traits: Absolute integrity, trustworthiness, and strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and legal data.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
